LEASING CRITERIA

  • COMPLIANCE

    1147 PROPERTIES, LLC is unable to provide leases to lessee applicants who possess prior evictions, convictions, and/or criminal records.

  • CREDIT

    We require all lessee applicants to possess a minimum credit score of 600, as reported by Transunion.

  • INCOME

    We require all lessee applicants to possess and be able to provide proof of verifiable income equal to 3x the amount of monthly rent.

  • RENTAL HISTORY

    We require all lessee applicants to provide verifiable contact information of their previous lessors to speak on the tenure of their tenancy.
